Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. Service Description
Weltra is a telehealth platform that connects patients with independently licensed healthcare providers for weight management consultations. Weltra does not itself provide medical services, prescribe medications, or practice medicine. All medical decisions are made by your licensed provider.
2. Compounded Medications
Medications prescribed through Weltra are prepared by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies using the same active ingredients found in brand-name GLP-1 treatments. As with all compounded medications, these formulations are not individually FDA-approved and have not undergone separate FDA review. Compounded products are not therapeutically equivalent to FDA-approved drugs.
3. No Guarantee of Prescription
Completing a health assessment does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription. Prescribing decisions are made solely by your licensed healthcare provider based on medical appropriateness.
4. Subscription and Billing
Weltra operates on a monthly subscription basis. Your first month is $99, and subsequent months are $199. You will not be charged until a provider prescribes treatment. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fees.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your patient portal or by contacting support. If you are not approved for treatment, you will not be charged.
6. Limitation of Liability
Weltra is a technology platform and is not responsible for medical decisions made by independent healthcare providers. By using Weltra, you acknowledge that medical treatment carries inherent risks.
7. State Availability
Services are not available in all states. Prescribing providers are licensed in the state where the patient is located at the time of consultation.
